Job Description: As a B2B Territory Sales Representative for General Finishes in East Troy WI, you are expected to be capable of working and traveling independently once trained, including flying and being on the road for approximately 3-5 days at a time to total a minimum of 90 travel days per year. Territory Sales Representatives are expected to generate new accounts and grow sales, while also being responsible for servicing and growing existing accounts. Must be a self-starter, responsible, honest, personable, comfortable with public speaking, and hard-working. Pay structure is a base salary plus merit-based bonuses, not commission-based.
