B2B Sales Position for Wood Finishes

Compensation:

• 70-90K+ starting salary depending on experience level with $125,0000 earning potential within 3 years.

Qualifications:

• APPLY ONLY IF YOU CONSIDER YOURSELF CAPABLE OF COMMANDING A $150,000 ANNUAL SALARY.
• MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH 90+ DAYS OF OVERNIGHT TRAVEL PER YEAR.
• Seeking to fill the position with a long-term, career-minded individual.
• Experience with wood coatings is beneficial, but not required.
• College degree preferred.
• B2B and/or technical sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Qualified candidates must possess a high level of self-motivation and professional drive.
• Live within commuting distance of East Troy, WI is preferred.

Expectations:

• Grow sales within assigned territory according to objectives set by management.
• Be professional in appearance and behavior.
• Must be very personable and comfortable with the sales process, including making in-person cold calls.
• Travel to sales territory and to trade shows throughout the year (90+ days annually)
• Develop a deep technical knowledge of company products – training provided, personal projects encouraged.
• Submit reports as assigned by management in a prompt manner.
