This week for General Finishes Woodworker Wednesday, we are featuring the very talented Chris Sowa of Lumbertown Woodworkers! He is both a woodworker and chef! Chris says "I began making furniture for my house upon my wife's request a few years ago. I quickly went from making small, simple furniture with lumber from the big box stores, to making fine furniture using local maple, cherry and walnut, Chris is now a successful self-taught woodworker. His work consists of a great variety, from dishes and dressers to handmade cutting blocks and spoon assortments.
These project use a variety of GF products such as Enduro-Var Varnish and Arm-R-Seal Urethane Topcoat. "I enjoy using GF products because of the quality and range of applications and uses available. Different projects require different finishes and I know that if I use a GF product, the quality will be amazing!"
