General Finishes (www.generalfinishes.com), is seeking a full-time Administrative Support/Office Assistant. Must be a self-starter who can operate without close supervision. This position is scheduled for an immediate start date.
Major objective: Provide administrative support to Office Manager and Sales Team. Manage communication in a professional & timely manner, including phones, e-mail, etc. Maintain organized and accurate filing & record keeping systems.
General skills needed: Detailed administrative and strong organization skills, multi-tasking skills, good phone skills, pleasant phone personality, understanding of a “production” type environment which requires the ability to self-manage time; including change direction and task quickly & efficiently.
