As a B2B National Manufacturing Sales Representative for General Finishes in East Troy WI, you are expected to be capable of working and traveling independently once trained, including flying and being on the road for approximately 3-5 days at a time approximately 90 travel days per year. You are expected to generate new accounts and grow sales, as well as being responsible for existing accounts.
Must be a self-starter, responsible, honest, and personable. Pay structure is a base salary plus merit-based bonuses, not commission-based. Six-figure earning potential within 5 years.

Coatings / Finishing experience is a plus
Drive business development with new and assigned accounts.
Establish and create rapport with customers to support revenue and sales.
Act as a brand ambassador always seizing opportunities to increase visibility in the marketplace.
Prepare monthly and quarterly sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed assigned distributor sales expansion
Review sales goals/targets quarterly with sales management and collaborate on strategic decisions based on analysis of results
Must be willing to work hands-on with limited back office support
Develop and execute a territory sales strategy
Independently execute business/sales plans and manage territory effectively
